Refund policy

We have a 14-day “no questions asked, money back” return policy, which means you have 14 days after your item is delivered to return the item for a full refund. We are happy to offer a full refund for products returned within the 14-day window, either worn or unworn. To be eligible for a refund, you must include the original order in their original packaging. You’ll also need the order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@iculturecoffee.com for additional details. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For returns outside of the initial 14-day period, please contact Customer Service at support@iculturecoffee.com to discuss the specific reason for return, providing as much detail and documentation as possible. We are happy to evaluate each return request on a case-by-case basis.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you if you are eligible to return your product for a refund and provide instructions for returning the item to ICULTURE If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method once your returned item has been received by ICULTURE Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
